  • Monthly 1-Hour Revision Planning and Guidance Meetings (Video calls available if required)
  • Unlimited Communication via Phone and Email
  • Up to 6-Hours of Onsite Management with Coordinator and 2 Assistants on the Day-Of Your Event to Oversee Décor Production/Set-Up, Deliveries (up to 4-Hours) and Return to Oversee Clean-Up and Restore (up to 2-Hours)
  • Use of Our “Prepared for Anything” Event Day Emergency Kit for the Unexpected


Décor vendors/service provider's recommendations, scheduling and management, custom décor and style planning, décor focal point, tablescapes suggestions, linen suggestions, china, glassware, flatware suggestions, table shape, size and chair suggestions, lighting suggestions, floral suggestions, signage & printing/paper product suggestions, seating style/arrangement, backdrops, props, tent suggestions, cost analysis & ordering of décor items, décor rental assistance, décor budget development assistance & tracking, venue site visit, vendor/service providers visit, meet vendors/service provider's at the site for their deliveries and set up, décor timeline management, distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors/service provider's on your event day.

is designed for up to 75 People (including guest(s)-of-honor). If you will have more than 75 people or less than 75 people, contact us for a customized quote.


The coordination of your event décor and our attention to the details is important. 

We would like to give your event décor the attention it deserves.

We suggest you book at least 2 to 3 months prior to date required to ensure a complete and successful execution of your event décor.
