"A Quick Phone Call":

  • This brief phone call is designed to be a comfortable phone meeting specifically to allow us to learn about your wedding/event goals, ideas, style, preferences, budget and many other topics that pertain to your wedding/event. We will answer questions you may have about our packages, prices and our availability. After this brief phone call, you feel that we can help you in any way we will schedule a 1-hour meet and greet consultation. We will send you our pre-consultation wedding/event planning form to complete and return at your earliest convenience (preferably before our meet & greet).   

Pre-Consultation Event Planning Form (Before Our 1-Hour Meet and Greet Consultation)

  • Our Pre-Consultation Event Planning Form is used to jumpstart our conversation at the Meet and Greet. It will give us a pre-vision of what you are requiring for your wedding or event.

The Meeting ~ 1-Hour Meet & Greet Consultation: An introductory meeting to get to know one another, discuss your wedding or event vision and where you are in your planning process.

Planning Duration

  • It Varies, Depending on Your Wedding or Event, i.e. 3-months, 6-months, 9-months, 12-months, etc.

Unlimited Communication

  • Planning and Guidance via Phone and Email. Tuesday thru Friday 9AM to 7PM (weekend calls can be scheduled in advance) 

Budget Development Assistance and Tracking 

We accommodate budgets of all sizes while still offering a tremendous value to you. Utilizing your dollars in the areas of importance and focusing on value where needed. We customize our services to accommodate each individuals budget and needs.

  • Assistance in Creating a Customized Budget. We’ll Work with You to Create and Maintain a Clear Budget and help you stay within Designated Budget or analyze the one you already created.
  • Keep you updated on monies spent and track what you've actually spent and what is left in your budget.
  • Manage your budget and give budget advice throughout the planning process.

Venue Recommendation and Management

  • Referrals, Reservations, Meetings, Walk-Through and Correspondence. 
  • Determine if there are any goals or needs that might make a particular destination more preferable.
  • Preparation of Venue Floor Plan: Tables and Chairs Seating Styles, Dance Floor, Staging, etc.

Vendor/Service Provider's Recommendation and Management

  • Research and recommend vendors based on your preferred location, preferences, and budget (including but not limited to Wedding and/or Event Site(s), Photographers and Videographers to Memorialize Your Special Day, Florist, Caterer, Band, DJ, Transportation Companies, Baker, Lighting and Rental Businesses). Vendor Referrals and Meetings. We’ll Take Care of all the Details.
  • Contact and set up appointments for shopping days with vendors/service providers. We will contact them and send them your style and budget, so they’ll be prepared for us when we arrive.
  • Request pricing proposals from your selected Wedding or Event Vendors/Service Providers and review contracts with you.
  • Accompany you at meetings to offer advice and ask critical questions.
  • Manage, finalize and confirm vendor/service providers arrangements throughout the process.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors/service provider's to get you the best deal.
  • Provide you with a list of preferred Wedding and/or Event Vendors/Service Provider's (up to 4 vendors/service provider's per category).
  • Manage all vendors/service provider's from the moment you sign their contracts i.e. Venues, Catering, Photographer, DJ/Band, Transportation, etc. 

Signage, Stationery and Printing/Paper Products Recommendation and Management

  • Assistance with Selecting, Printing, Addressing and Sending Out Invitations, Thank-You's and Hold The Date, etc. (postage not included). 
  • Execute a Custom Wedding and/or Event Timelines, Itineraries, Inventory Lists, Event Order, Instructions Cards, etc. 
  • Assistance with Selecting Invitations, Programs, Printing Napkins, Place Cards, Menu Cards, Map Cards, etc. based on your budget, style and theme.
  • Provide Etiquette Advice for Proper Wording.


Guest Management and RSVP Tracking 

  • Receive and Record RSVPs
  • After receiving your guest contact information, We’ll call to invite those guests that have not responded by the deadline. 
  • RSVP service includes a return RSVP email address and electronic RSVP tracking and a call to invitees who have not responded by the deadline
  • Develop out of town guest welcome letter, itinerary, map, directions to Wedding or Event.
  • Track gifts received 
  • Thank you notes (address and mail)
  • Block hotel rooms for out of town guests and reserve accommodations for the Newlywed couple.
  • Assemble and deliver Guest Welcome Bags/Baskets to Out of Town Guest to hotel rooms (cost of supplies not included).
  • Arrange parking services at the Ceremony and Reception sites if necessary.
  • Track RSVPs, menu selections, seating arrangements and wedding gifts 

Vendor/Service Providers' Shopping Days 

  • Wedding and/or Event Vendor/Service Provider's Shopping Days. 
  • We set up to 2 to 3 appointments a day, so bring your walking shoes!
  • Vendor/Service Provider's shopping days- Locations within a 30-mile radius (round trip) of downtown Houston

Bakery, Cake Designer, Confectionary and Dessert Recommendation and Management 

  • Help Select, Attend, Setup and Arrange for cake tasting at selected location. 
  • Manage, finalize and confirm baker arrangements throughout the process.

Catering, Food, Beverage and Menu Assistance, Recommendation and Management

  • Help Select, Attend, Setup and Arrange for menu tasting at your selected Wedding or Event location. 
  • Assist with Menu Selection- Meals, Appetizers, Dessert and Drinks.
  • Bar Beverages and Signature Drinks
  • Manage, finalize and confirm vendor/catering arrangements throughout the process.

Music and Live Entertainment Recommendation, Booking and Management

  • Assist with Selecting and Arranging Music and Live Entertainment for your wedding or event.
  • Go over sound checks and music cues for ceremony entrance, reception grand entrance, toasts, dances, cake cutting, etc.

Wedding Party Management 

  • Roles and Responsibilities for the Wedding (bride, groom, bridesmaids, groomsmen and family) 
  • Who Pays for What (bride, groom, etc.)
  • Hair & Make-Up Recommendations and Booking
  • Assist with Direction at your wedding ceremony rehearsal.
  • Assist with Direction on the Day-Of your wedding.

Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal Direction and Management

  • Coordination at the wedding rehearsal with Officiate and the wedding party.

Onsite Management

  • A Uniquely Yours W*E*D Coordinator and 2 Assistant. We’ll Provide (Up to 12 Hours) of Onsite Assistance During the Day of Your Wedding or Event to Ensure Everything Runs Smoothly.
  • Conduct, Oversee and Assist with Set-Up, Clean-Up and Tear/Break-Down
  • Oversee of Your Wedding or Event to Ensure Food & Beverage Stations are Stocked & Everyone is Having a Great Time! 
  • Manage the arrival of Vendors/Service Providers, becoming their point of contact once onsite. 
  • Coordinate and organize the entire event, including guest directions, keeping to the schedule and corresponding details with VIPs, family members & special guests. 
  • Ensure that everything at the venue/site is cleaned according to the contract.

Transportation and Parking Services

  • Assist with transportation arrangements for the transport of the bride and groom and the wedding party to the ceremony site.
  • Assist with scheduling transportation for the shuttling of wedding guests from place to place.
  • Valet Parking Services

Post-Wedding and Event Services

  • Address, Stamp and Send Out Thank-You Cards (postage not included)
  • Follow-up with Vendors/Service Providers
  • Return Rented Items (cake boards, furniture, etc.) or Make Arrangement for pick up.
  • Collect personal wedding or event items and deliver to onsite bridal suite or to designated responsible party
  • Pack up gifts/cards, and have them ready to be taken to a family members car at the end of the night 
  • Coordinate tear/break-down of wedding or event
  • Gather all personal décor items, miscellaneous ceremony and reception items and give to designated person
  • Pick up bride’s dress and take for cleaning or heirloom preservation
  • Pick up tuxedo rentals from designated location and return to rental location
